HRMN3025 Employee Wellness (3 units)

This course aims to introduce students to various theories, concepts and issues associated with the employee wellness. After completing this course, students are expected to understand the relationship between employee wellness and organizational effectiveness. It covers major concepts and practices in: (1) employee physical, psychological and financial wellness; (2) promotion of employee wellness; and (3) delivering services associated with building a happy, healthy and engaging workforce. The subject matter will be addressed through a mix of lectures, case analyses and experiential exercises.
