Urban horticulture is the science enabling people and plant interactions that improve and enhance daily life by encompassing urban forestry, turf and green space management, green roofs and walls, and community gardens. This course aims to equip students with the knowledge in care and management of horticulture systems and to provide a knowledge-and-practical based learning for students who wish to seek a career involving the design, implementation and management of urban landscapes.
