During the clinical internship, students will experience the full range of practitioner responsibilities under the supervision of practitioners and hospital staff. Students are expected to apply knowledge and skills acquired in the programme in a hospital setting. Upon completion of this course, students are expected to be able to demonstrate skills in practitioner-patient communication, patient management and treatments. They are expected to be able to perform the diagnostic and treatment procedures for common diseases, and to be competent in treating common diseases with the use of Chinese medicine.
